Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• The order was cancelled before dispatch.
• An incorrect amount was charged due to a payment error.
• A product was unavailable after payment was received.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an exchange.

Sale, clearance, and promotional items may have separate refund or exchange conditions. Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.
